Getting that Friday Feeling yet???? your Bitesize workout today is Trigger Point Pilates with prickle balls and a band.

Remember, if you dont have the equipment, dont worry, substitute the prickle balls with two tennis balls or sponge balls (Not hard ones) and use an old pair of leggings or tights as a band :)
