Getting excited and looking forward to this Saturdays afternoon of Wellness and Mindfullness, The afternoon will include, Energyflow Gentle, Triggerpoint Pilates, Holistic Facial Self Massage Techniques, Quiet Yoga and a Guided Meditation with Breath Focus.
