Thursday Bitesize Workout

Hey guys, todays fabulous Bitesize Workout is Triggerpoint Pilates using the prickle balls and a long resistance band, if you dont have this equipment, you can use a pair of tights or leggings for a resistance band and a couple of tennis balls or sponge balls in plae of the prickle balls.

in this video we also use a roller, if you dont have one, roll up a towel tightly and use that instead :) have an awesome day :)
