Its September and the time of year we all "get back on it" so to help ease you back on track, we have an altered timetable for you, the evening sessions are 30 mins each until the last one which is 40-45 minutes

If you are new to the studio, or returning after a break, the 30min sessions are fantastic to really get you motivated.
